Our first commitment is to recruit a cohesive group of emergency physicians to run an effective emergency department. Led by a director who understands who his/her customers are (patients, staff physicians and administrators), this group constantly strives to improve the emergency department experience for every patient. EMS physicians are highly trained and provide appropriate, cost effective care while maintaining an overall positive tone for the department.
